Meet the Founder
Tanya Fevzi
Tanya was always drawn to fashion magazines growing up and decided she wanted to be a journalist. She enjoyed reading and writing and went on to study English (BA) at the University of Bristol. There she discovered her love of creative writing and, after graduating, decided to fuse all her creative mediums to create a zine. She quickly taught herself how to navigate Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to design a first print issue, which was both challenging and rewarding and, ultimately, a success! As the SISTA community has grown, Tanya is more motivated than ever to continue to connect with creatives and collaborate to produce beautiful, feminist zines.
